I always liked going to the symphony at the Bass Hall in Fort Worth and the Meyerson Symphony Center in Dallas. We went to several symphonies, usually for a special occasion like Valentine's Day or our anniversary. Sometime soon I'd like to go see the Seattle symphony at Benaroya Hall in downtown. Maybe they'll have a series on Mozart sometime, he's my favorite classical composer.
We moved to Seattle in February 2008 and shared blog posts and photos during our first few years in Seattle.

I got a call from the Dallas Symphony, they wanted me to buy a subscription, so I told them I moved. After I went to one symphony there they just kept bothering me after that. But yeah, I'd like to go to the symphony here, too, if we get the cheap seats.
Hello! We at Seattle Symphony do offer a Mozart series. Called Mainly Mozart, this three-concert set features the work of the great Amadeus himself, plus pieces by his contemporaries.
Check out next year's selections on page 32 of our online 2008-2009 season brochure, ready for download here.
And, if you're looking to see the Symphony soon, come down to Benaroya Hall for SummerFest 2008, June 26 through July 14.
Enjoy!
Wow, that was unexpected.
*in same tone of voice that some people say they hate the theater* man I hate the symphony because I am too uncultured to understand what's going on.
