Over the past few weeks, we've been attending a small group meeting with people from the church we go to. We meet weekly at someone's home and each of us talks about how things are going personally and then we read a Bible passage and discuss.
We're currently meeting in Pioneer Square, one of my favorite parts of the city, so I've enjoyed being able to go there regularly. I've also really enjoyed getting to know and socialize with other people. The discussions that we have related to the passages can be interesting as well.
Anyway, we've enjoyed our weekly small group meeting and it's been worthwhile.
We moved to Seattle in February 2008 and shared blog posts and photos during our first few years in Seattle.

Does anyone offer any particularly skeptical or critical interpretations of said passages?
I don't know to what extent you're looking for, but, yes, in our discussions we have criticized and questioned passages that have been read.
To the extent of questioning the basic historical accuracy of the statements or events portrayed would be what I'm looking for.
Well?
No freedom of expression here
There are plenty of other places on the internet for debates like this. The comments made were only loosely related to our original post and we're not going to engage in or allow these types of debates here.
Our blog isn't a forum for people to try to impress their personal views on us or anyone else.
I asked a question, you said you weren't sure what I meant, I made it more clear. Any response?
No, no response. If I had a response, I would've written it, but I'm satisfied with my original answer. This isn't the place to get into those details.
