It snowed Saturday evening for several hours. There wasn't much accumulation, but some of it stuck. It stayed below freezing on Sunday so by now the snow that's still there has turned into ice. Most of the roads are fine, but there are some patches of ice on some roads. I thought about driving to work Monday, but wasn't comfortable with the road conditions. I took the bus instead, which has tire chains on it, and found more snow on the ground near work than near our apartment. The sidewalks were a little slippery but I made it in okay. It's supposed to snow more on Wednesday and not get above freezing until Friday. I'll probably take the bus every day for the rest of the week and we might not do any more driving until we leave this weekend.
